Thanx to everyone who supported me over the past three rounds to get me here.. i really appreciate all ur time and effort. Its been a long two and a half months or so since the 1st round but it has all been worth it.
I handle conflicts my own way. My approach has a lot to do with what the particular conflict is and the importance of that conflict. The majority of the time I charge in head first with the whole “my way or the highway” approach, but after consideration I am able to step back and see the big picture. I try not to limit myself to one designated way or another to handle conflicts because I believe that every situation is different therefore needs to be handled differently. I do believe that my approach is effective as far as conflict resolution. I feel I make better decisions by being open and treating each situation separately instead of a cookie-cutter way of dealing with problems.
The biggest problem I face is what I am going to do once I graduate college. I am about to enter my senior year of college then after that it’s the literal real world. I know I want to make an impression I want to do something big and be successful. I have always known that I have been destined for big things and I will rely on my good judgment to take me there.
The biggest problem facing my family today is putting us four kids through college. My parents never had the opportunity to go college and now they make sure that we do. My father always says that he was sad to see me leave for college but that is would hurt him more to past by me in the hallway working at Foxwoods Casino as many of the kids from my town end up doing. Knowing this really makes me strive to make something of myself and make my parents proud.
I grew up in a small town in Connecticut in the last house on a dead-end street. I have two brothers and one sister and as a result my house was always filled with the neighborhood kids. I was always really involved in sports, especially baseball from a very young age. My childhood was about taking chances and learning from my mistakes. Figuring out what I could get away with and what I couldn’t, you live and learn.
